Healing from Hurricane Helene

Activating our Network to Help

All 10 of our member Food Banks are working around the clock to get supplies to those most in need. Five of our member Food Banks serve areas that were hit by the storm. One of our partners, MANNA Food Bank, was entirely lost.

With widespread flood damage, road closures, and diminished resources inaccessible throughout Western North Carolina, and upstate South Carolina, food banks across the Carolinas are preparing meals, organizing volunteers, and sourcing food donations to where they are most needed. In that spirit, we launched a shared fund dedicated to disaster relief efforts in 25 affected counties and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
