Eligibility
- Residency Requirements
- Must be a resident of South Carolina
- Low Income Individuals and Families
- Program services households with annual income at or below 250% of the federal poverty guidelines.
- Children and Youth
- Program provides services to children age 18 or younger.
- Medical Need
- Program provides services to individuals who have or are at risk for chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional conditions that require more care than what is generally required. Condition must have lasted or is expected to last for at least 12 months.
- Conditions with specific programs include: hearing related disabilities, orthodontic (face, jaw, mouth, teeth) impairments, infants requiring special nutritional preparations/formula, Sickle Cell Disease, and Hemophilia.
