Low Income Individuals and Families
- Must meet the Federal income guidelines of 125% of the poverty level
Application Process

- Applicants must call the main number to schedule a pre-screening
- Appointment
- Appointments must be scheduled using the 'Main Number'
- Online
- Applicants must visit the website and select "Schedule an Appointment" to schedule an appointment or complete a customer contact card.
Documents
- Proof of Identity
- Valid State-issued photo ID or driver's license with the current address of the applicant
- Proof of Income
- Present total income* for all household members within the past 30 days before application, including pay stubs, benefit award letters (if applicable), and/or Zero Income printout if unemployed.
- Proof of sustainable monthly income.
- *Income includes: SNAP benefits, Social Security, pension, retirement benefits, monthly utility check, Unemployment Insurance, alimony, monthly stipends, adoption subsidies, current year tax statement (if self-employed), and child support.
- Social Security Number
- Social security cards for all household members.
- Proof of Emergency
- Delinquent bill for the past 30 days before the application date.
- Eviction notice (if one has been served)
- Provide documentation of an emergency that affected income for all household members within the past 30 days of the application date.
- Verification of the emergency.
